Lithuanian TV presenter Andrius Tapinas took record-breaking 5 days to raise 5 million euros for the Bayraktar military drone for the Armed Forces of Ukraine: the crowdfunding campaign was supposed to last three weeks, but the entire amount was collected in three and a half days.
Fundraising under the hashtag #bayraktarasUkraina began on May 25 with a post by Tapinas on Facebook. In the afternoon on Saturday, May 28, Andrius encouraged people to step up to close the fundraiser by the end of the day during an evening broadcast in support of the campaign. By the end of this broadcast, 5,074,037 euros were raised.

Humanitarian aid from Germany arrived in Uzhhorod
Humanitarian aid from Germany was delivered to Uzhhorod on May 28. This was reported by the Uzhhorod City Council on Facebook.
Former federal government commissioners for immigrants and ethnic minorities Hartmut Koshyk and Bernd Fabricius visited Transcarpathia. Partnering with the NGO "Unity with Germans abroad" led by Hartmut Koskyk and "Humanitarian Bridge Upper Franconia - Transcarpathia" they brought medications and food to Uzhgorod.
Delivery of the cargo was done by a German businessman Michael Hauser, who together with his partners has repeatedly brought aid, says the message.

Plast scouts from Nadvirna are raising money to help orphans from Dnipropetrovsk region
Participants of the "Plast" scout organization from Nadvirna in Ivano-Frankivsk region, raise money to buy sweets and toys for orphans from Dnipropetrovsk region. They want to help children from those cities that have suffered from missile strikes by the Russian army.
This was reported on the Facebook page of Nadvirna Plast. According to the post, money is raised for 44 orphans deprived of parental care and children in difficult life situations from Nikopol district and Kryvyi Rih. It is planned to buy everything before the International Children's Day, which is celebrated on June 1.
