Amnesty International accused the Ukrainian military of violating international humanitarian law
Amnesty International claimed that the tactics of the Ukrainian army allegedly "violate international humanitarian law and put civilians at risk." Moreover, human rights defenders believe that the Ukrainian military allegedly turns civilian objects into military targets.
This statement was published on the official Amnesty International Twitter.
Oleksii Reznikov, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, believes that the Amnesty International report shows that the organization has "lost common sense", and any attempts to justify the genocide of Ukrainians and call the right to resist it into question are a perversion.
"Any attempts to call into question Ukrainians’ right to resist genocide, to defend their families and homes, to defend their lives and those of their children, and to resist the actions of Russia as a terrorist state, are a perversion, no matter what legal constructions they are dressed up in,” the Minister said.
Reznikov stressed that the selfless and heroic actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are the only reason why hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are still alive and have a home.
As Reznikov emphasized, Ukraine is a state governed by the rule of law, therefore the Ministry of Defence comprehensively analyses and gives an assessment, including a legal one, of the events of the war, as required by the obligations.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, responded to Amnesty International's reporting.
According to Kuleba, such a statement by Amnesty International shows an attempt to create a false balance between criminals and victims. He noted that Russia is destroying hundreds of Ukrainian cities and killing civilians, while Ukraine is desperately defending itself, saving not only its people, but also the entire European continent from Russian aggression.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, called this report “…an attempt to amnesty the country of the aggressor and shift responsibility from the aggressor to the victim.”
“Aggression against our state is unprovoked, invasive and frankly terroristic. If someone makes a report showing the victim and the aggressor to be allegedly the same in some way, if some data about the victims is analyzed, and the aggressor’s actions are ignored, then this cannot be tolerated” — Zelensky said.
Agnes Callamard, Secretary General at Amnesty International, suggested that the dissent expressed by Ukrainians goes from “…media mobs and trolls” and that such feedback “won’t dent our (Amnesty International — ed.) impartiality and won’t change the facts.”
Kateryna Mitieva, the Spokesperson for Amnesty International Ukraine, reported that the Ukrainian office did not participate in the preparation or distribution of this report.
“According to the rules of the organization, during armed conflicts and wars, the documentation of violations and crimes is exclusively handled by the Crisis Response Department.”

Occupiers are intensifying the filtering procedures in Kherson region
The liberation of Kherson Oblast is getting closer, the terror of the Russian invaders against the population is the only tool for restraining protest sentiments.
This was announced by the First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, Yuriy Sobolevskyi.
"The number of reports on the strengthening of filtration procedures in the Kherson Region is steadily increasing. Before the offensive of the AFU, the Russians are clearing their position behind the frontlines”, Sobolevskyi wrote.
He noted that the agitating of the population by the enemy before the "referendum" show does not give tangible results — the number of "Russian world" sympathizers did not increase, so terror is the only tool of the occupiers to suppress protest sentiments.
Sobolevskyi emphasized: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are attacking the invaders every day, and with each passing day, the liberation of Kherson Region is getting closer."

Russians make up for losses at the cost of local population of the occupied territories
Russian invaders in the eastern regions of Ukraine are trying every day to improve their tactical position through powerful artillery work and numerous assault operations, where they involve local men as infantry.
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai.
He emphasized that those who did not manage to evacuate to safe regions of Ukraine are suffering. They are sent to military commissars against their will.
"They don't count the losses, because most residents of the occupied territories die. The Russians do not need them for the future, because for eight years the population of the "LNR" has been a burden on the budget of the Russian Federation. Now men are working off these financial losses. In the territories occupied in 2014, they have already mobilized everyone they can. Now even irreplaceable miners are being taken away," Serhii Haidai emphasized.
Haidai added that according to available information, about 80 men have already been sent to the front in Starobilsk alone this week. They replenish the composition of assault groups, which are regularly terminated by the AFU.

Bodies in plastic bags are still lying on the streets of Mariupol
In the occupied Mariupol, corpses of civilians in bags are still lying in the streets because the "authorities" refuse to remove them.
This was reported by Petro Andrishchenko, Advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol.
"At the intersection of Lomizova and Azovstalska Streets, two corpses of civilians are still lying on the street, packed in plastic bags. The bags are torn by stray dogs, who drag body parts around the neighborhood. The Russian occupation authorities refuse to respond to local residents’ requests to hold funerals.”
He also reported that in the new morgue on the basis of hospital No.1 in Mariupol, when searching for a burial place in a mass grave, the invaders provide a catalog of photographs of corpses in the amount of 3-4 thousand.
"The people of Mariupol say that their loved ones cannot mentally withstand such a search. Moreover, the occupiers themselves declare that no more than 20 percent of all those who passed through the morgue are in the "death catalog," the Mayor's Aide explained.

The fate of the museum destroyed by the occupiers was discussed separately. As Oleksandr Tkachenko informed during the briefing, it is currently difficult to determine how much money is needed for the restoration of the museum.
"There is one special object of special importance in the Kharkiv region - it is Skovorodynivka, a museum that was bombed on purpose, in which we are convinced. After all, this building is located in a village, and there were no military objects nearby, but it was exactly the target of a Russian rocket," said the minister.
It was decided that a project will be developed for the restoration of the Hryhoriy Skovoroda museum, which was damaged as a result of Russian shelling.

After that, he put the three men on their knees and continued to beat them all. At the same time, he shot in the direction of the men, imitating their execution. One by one, he took the detainees to the basement, where he forced them to undress and looked for symbolic tattoos on their bodies
