Tens of thousands of Ukrainians are being deported to Siberia as you are reading this, while Russian military and ex-convicts are occupying their homes
“The situation in the special operation zone is very tense, and difficult decisions can be made regarding Kherson,” the commander of the Russian troops , General S. Surovikin, said on October 17.
With ongoing offensive by the AFU, Russians began a forcibly evacuation campaign of Ukrainians from the right-bank part of the Kherson region: all main Russia’s propaganda resources claimed framed this deportation as the flight of civilians from the Ukrainian army.
Russia continues to spread the narrative assuring Ukrainian army would commit a terrorist attack on the Kakhovska HPP — and then a significant part of the right-bank part of Kherson region and Kherson itself would be flooded.
In reality, this is a typical Russian lie and an attempt to disguise massive deportations of Ukrainians to Russia.
As of October 20, about 60 thousand Ukrainians from the Kherson region were moved to the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory. Upon arrival, they are informed that there are not enough places for temporary residence, but there is an alternative in other regions of the Russian Federation. Thus, the actual forced displacement to remote and uninhabited regions of the Russian Federation is carried out.
Deportation of civilians is one of the major motivational factors for Putin to wage this war, considering that in 2021, Russia suffered an unprecedented decline in population — the largest since 1945.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reported about seizures and deportations and gave a lower estimate of 900,000 to 1.6 million deportees.
Thus, the Russian occupation administration kidnaps people in the occupied territories of Ukraine and forcibly moves them to remote regions of the Russian Federation.
The empty houses will be populated by the Russians mobilized after February 21, who should become something like a military administration and “dilute” the local population that will remain at home.
Putin actually adapted the Soviet model of forced resettlement of entire peoples, and now he is committing this crime in the occupied territories of Ukraine, taking tens of thousands of Ukrainians to Russia with impunity.

AFU confirms the strike at Antonivskyi bridge, but denied the possibility of civilians could being injured
This was announced by Nataliia Humeniuk, Head of the United Coordinating Press Center of Security and Defence Forces of the South, on the air of the national telethon.
She emphasized, that Ukrainian military don’t use deadly force towards the objects of critical infrastructure and don’t fire upon peaceful settlements and the civilian.
"The fact that civilians cannot be on the bridge at this time is claimed by the occupiers themselves, because it is a curfew, and very strict measures are taken against those who may violate it. There were no civilians there," Humeniuk said.
Instead, the victims may be the occupiers themselves, who changed into civilian clothes, the spokeswoman said. In the Russian propaganda media, it was reported that three people died as a result of the attack and 9 people were injured.
According to Humeniuk, by changing the clothes, occupiers try to hide their military affiliation and make a picture of allegedly civilians being fired upon. The command representative says that such provocations were expected.

Ukrainian Defence Intelligence dismantled the downed Iranian “Mohajer-6” drone
This is reported by TSN.
Representatives of the Defence Intelligence noted that the Iranian manufacturer tried to carefully hide the country of manufacture of this drone.
Downed enemy drones help the Ukrainian military to identify the weak points of this unmanned technology, and this gives more knowledge for a better fight against them. In particular, they say, undamaged samples that fell into the hands of the Armed Forces of Ukraine help in this matter.
During the research, Ukrainian military experts discover the origin of the parts used to manufacture these drones.
“When we get a whole sample that can be disassembled and see how one system works with another, it’s much better than when we only have fragments,” the representative of Defence Intelligence says.
Drone components are mostly foreign. The drone has an an engine by Austrian Rotax Aircraft Engines, Japanese, Chinese and American cameras and a laser range finder.
These are mainly civilian components, they are not considered military goods, but Ukrainian intelligence expects that information about their origin will make it possible to complicate accessing these components for Iran.
This Mohajer-6 was manufactured in February of this year, so it is possible that the Ukrainian military captured the UAV during one of its first flights.
